Terms of Use

  • This document sets out the terms for the use of Monkedo and any related software and services.
  • In this agreement, the service provider and any software and service provided will be referred to as Monkedo.
  • Any use of any software or service related to Monkedo constitutes acceptance of these terms of use.
  • Users can create user and organization accounts on Monkedo. Users must provide accurate information when creating these accounts. Users take responsibility for the accounts they create.
  • Persons who have created user accounts can create organization accounts on behalf of the companies they represent. The information and content that all users associated with these organization accounts create, provide or upload using the software for or related to these organization accounts through Monkedo belong to the relevant company. Apart from that, the information created, provided and uploaded by the user belongs to the user her/himself. If necessary, the information belonging to the user or the company can be kept in the system even if it is desired to delete or terminate the accounts. This information can be analyzed to improve service quality and provide additional services.
  • Monkedo may collect and analyze information about user behavior in order to improve service quality and offer new services and solutions. Monkedo guarantees that information that may reveal user identity or personal information will not be shared outside of Monkedo.
  • User profile picture, first and last name or other user information can be viewed by other users or non-users. Monkedo determines what information will be viewed by other people.
  • The usage fee is collected from the relevant person or company, if any, at the agreed time and manner for the company for which the organization account is created, in other cases, until the service usage is canceled at the end of each 30-day usage period. The usage may be terminated when the usage fee is not paid, the terms of use are not fulfilled or it is deemed necessary.
  • Monkedo services may not be offered to users and organizations that may not pay the usage fees at the end of the usage period, or existing Monkedo services may be terminated.
  • Monkedo keeps the incoming data as long as the transactions continue and this data can be deleted at any time after the transactions are terminated successfully or incorrectly or in cases where the transaction will not continue. Our platform is not designed to store data for a long time or permanently. For this reason, users should keep a copy of the data they transfer to the platform in their original source or in themselves. We cannot be held responsible for any data loss.
  • Users should not share their passwords with others. If the user realizes that her/his account has been accessed without permission by someone else, s/he must notify Monkedo within 24 hours. Otherwise, all responsibility belongs to the user.
  • Users should not attempt to access and use other users' accounts without permission.
  • Users' accounts can be restricted or blocked by the organization they work for. You have to accept such a situation with understanding.
  • Companies can terminate their memberships or the attachments of user accounts linked to their corporate accounts at any time. Fees arising from the use until the date of termination of membership and dismissal must be paid.
  • By using website analysis tools, we collect information from which website, search engine or other media our users come to our website, whether they are logged in to Monkedo or not. The said information is used for statistical purposes only.
  • In case of a service purchase for more than 30 days at a time, the party receiving the service undertakes to use the service until the end of the relevant period. Even if membership or user accounts are canceled before the promised usage period is completed, the usage fee for the promised period is collected.
  • In order to provide better service, any made suggestions, comments or feedback can be used by Monkedo without limitation.
  • The software and services provided may be updated or changed without notice.
  • The content of the service we provide cannot be copied in any way and cannot be used for commercial or individual purposes by making unauthorized improvements and/or changes.
  • No penalty/compensation will be paid for any loss more than the total membership and service fees you have paid for Monkedo.
  • Monkedo cannot be used for illegal purposes.
  • Monkedo retains the prerogative to discontinue an integration, application, or component at a subsequent juncture without prior notification to the user.
  • These conditions can be changed without the consent or knowledge of the users.
